Refund policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at Prestylecreation@hotmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Shipping policy
Orders are shipped within 7 to 21 days usually.
Each piece is unique and is made with the greatest care, we do our best so that you can have your package as soon as possible. For orders delivered outside of Israel, taxes and customs duties may apply. These taxes and customs duties are your responsibility and must be paid upon delivery. Your order total does not include these taxes and duties.

Paid shipping: for the purchase of a hat, the delivery is $15
Free shipping over $200. The free standard shipping method valid on certain products is the letter followed by delivery WITHOUT SIGNATURE - shipping NOT INSURED IN CASE OF LOSS, THEFT, OR DAMAGE.
PICK UP YOUR ORDER:
The buyer also has the option of picking up his order by appointment. In this case, the buyer will not have to pay any delivery costs. Once your order is ready, we will contact you to arrange an appointment.
Whatever shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link as soon as possible that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online.
RETURN FEES:
Return costs for an exchange are the responsibility of the customer.
All shipping costs (shipping and return) as part of a refund are the responsibility of the customer.
